This blog was declined at Blog Explosion because: “we are no longer accepting blogs that primarily contain advertising, or promote business opportunities.”. Ok. I have ads up on my site, it’s true – but primarily ads? I have personally written archives dating back to December, so far – which is my own little diary of my progress with weight loss and my exercise programs.. and the share of recipes that I’ve cooked and tried out on my poor family.
But! “Tis ok – Blog Clicker has always given me better returns with other sites I own, so I won’t cry a river. I’ll meet my 20lb weight loss goal even without visits from Blog Explosions members

My blog was declined at blog explosion as well, with the we are no longer accepting blogs about poker.
Here is my e-mail response to them:
“So Blog Explosion has decided to exercise censorship eh? I suppose you know what people should read better than your members. I’m sure they appreciate you protecting them with your great wisdom. I noticed you deleted my entire account so I can’t post on your forum as well. How about at least invite me to your next book burning would ya.”
Blog explosion is really a suicide bomber trying to kill there own growth. I for one hope they succeed.

I win on the getting banned stakes. My site was declined because I used the same web host as a competitive traffic exchange!
They are shite anyways, BlogAdvance and BlogMad are 10 times better.

I think BE is declining ads with Google Adsense links. Someone I know with a blog who had Google Adsense was sent a warning about her blog being submitted to BE because blog surfing is a no-no if you have Google Adsense since they consider click from that fraudulent (or so I’ve heard, I don’t have it). Love your blog though.
Ha, just another example of how Blog Explosion is owned and staffed by complete morons. They suck big time these days. No great loss on your part, you’ll get more hits with Blog Advance and BlogMad anyway. :d

I love Blogmad…except recently their database was corrupted and I had to rejoin..luckily they restored my credits and my status. Not everyone was so lucky though. I will have to take a look at BlogAdvance too. I tried WolfSurfer and their ratio is 1:1, but their “blogs” are all advertisements. Boring!
