I work all day, come home, drink like a sieve and then am up all night!   Old age could have something to do with it too.   Having 5 kids which put the bladder between my knees too.

		<description>I hate drinking water.  I know I need to drink more, but it is hard. I have never,ever drank enough water.  You have some good suggestions.  And I didn&#039;t realize that I can burn calories just by drinking water!

		<description>Great list; #10 is really important. I try to drink about 2 litres of liquid every day, most of it water. Since I just can&#039;t give up the coffee I try to drink a glas of water for each cup of coffee to even it up a bit :D

My son don&#039;t like to drink anything much, so I&#039;m busy trying to get him to drink more. It&#039;s not easy when he doesn&#039;t want and is 3 yr old ;)</description>
