I recieved an email today about my recent posts about Nutrisystem Nourish and how I’m doing on it. The writer wanted to know my feelings about it, as if I haven’t already raved about the program already?

I started my NutriSystem program on August 3rd. Not even a full month has gone by and I’ve lost 12lbs so far
