Totally agreed :) Though, I am finding with my recent workout program that I am highly energetic after a workout (well, after the initial feeling of having the Eliptical machine kicking my butt wears off!). I've found that I really should be doing my workouts in the mid-morning or afternoon - - doing them in the evening doesn't do ANYTHING for helping me sleep at night... I'm too energetic when I've worked out at 7-8pm. Like I need anything preventing my sleep - - I already have enough problems in that area!

The best way to combat fatigue is to eat the right combination of foods - one carb (fruit, veggie) and one protein (cheese stick, cottage cheese, lowfat yogurt, lean meat) - you get more energy for a longer period of time! Your body burns it AND the fat away. :)
