I always add stevia to my yogurt, it tastes divine! My favorite flavors are Chocolate Raspberry and English Toffee. I've been using Sweetleaf for the past 4 months and have seen a significant difference. Not just in the way I look but also with my newfound energy! There definitely is something to be said about only using natural products. Never will I ever touch artificial sweeteners again!!

I've tried the cleanse. It's absolutely fabulous. The only thing is the prep work -- the peeling, the cleaning, the blending, the juicing. But after a day or two, you'll be an old pro. Don't worry about the protein -- there is protein in the nuts as well as the chicken. There's fat in the olive oil and nuts. It's pretty good. I think I added it up once and the cleanse is even calorically sound. I think it came out to about 1200 cal. I think, don't take my word on that part. But no one doing this should be hungry. It does make one regular, too -- some of the weight loss may be from the fact that it really cleanses your insides. I remember reading somewhere that people carry around 10-15 lbs of waste. Well, that'll go away with this. Part of it is also probably water weight. And, inevitably, one has to lose weight bc of the calorie reduction.

I like this cleanse. I suggest it to everyone I know. One thing, people should buy the fat burning lemonade from his website.

Hello, This is Mary

I am 36 years old with 2 toddlers. My youngest just started day care last week- which still feels a little strange. I haven't had this much time to myself in years. First thing I want to do is lose the extra pounds I put on during the last pregnancy. One of the girls next door has suggested I join her walking group two days a week. After my first pregnancy I lost around 35 pounds using the Herbalife products, but when I called the man that sold them to me three years ago he told me this week he doesn't sell them anymore. He told me to look on the internet. It's disappointing because he was really nice and he called me regularly to make sure I was using their products correctly. It was nice to have someone checking in with me every week to see how I was and it kept me motivated.

I searched on the internet for someone that sells Herbalife in New Jersey. I found many websites but I don't want
just to buy the products, I want to find someone trustworthy that sells the products so I can also meet them and get started again.

Could anybody here recommend someone in New Brunswick?
.

Thanks, Mary

Totally agreed :) Though, I am finding with my recent workout program that I am highly energetic after a workout (well, after the initial feeling of having the Eliptical machine kicking my butt wears off!). I've found that I really should be doing my workouts in the mid-morning or afternoon - - doing them in the evening doesn't do ANYTHING for helping me sleep at night... I'm too energetic when I've worked out at 7-8pm. Like I need anything preventing my sleep - - I already have enough problems in that area!

The best way to combat fatigue is to eat the right combination of foods - one carb (fruit, veggie) and one protein (cheese stick, cottage cheese, lowfat yogurt, lean meat) - you get more energy for a longer period of time! Your body burns it AND the fat away. :)
