I must be tough surpressing your urges to eat. I just can't imagine why anyone would want to deny their body of perfectly good food!

Don't get me wrong, I think if it makes you happy, then by all means go on a diet. But, doesn't calorie counting and thinking that rice is good deprivation?

I understand dieting for health and medical reasons, but the whole keeping trim to look good movement puzzles me. Be happy with your fullness! I recommend watching Spanglish, there is a great comment in there about dieting.

I use All Whites...they are eggs but just the whites (duh). Anyway, what steers me clear of sweets and crap I know I shouldn't eat is #1 knowing what it contains as far as fat, sugar, etc. #2 thinking about how long I will enjoy it..1 or 2 minutes maybe, and then #3 how long will it take me to work it off? Not worth it!

Try egg beaters. Garden vegatable or southwest flavor. tastes a whole lot like egg, really good. I made some for my husband and he didn;t even know they were "fake" eggs.
