For me? The first time I lost the most weight ever, 75lbs! I used the Herbalife program. It fit my busy lifestyle, at the time - but not something I can continue for life.
The second time I used Body for Life and lost 25lbs - - this is the plan for me. IT’s a full and entire lifestyle change and has forever changed the way I look at myself, my food and my fitness.
The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is encouraged! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun! Be sure to update your Thirteen with links that are left for you, as well! I will link to everyone who participates and leaves a link to their 13 things. Trackbacks, pings, comment links accepted!

Hi there!
I think I’ve done a variation of each of the diets at one time or another. The only one I’ve actually followed was Weight Watchers. Right now, I’m doing a common sense approach to getting in shape - regular workouts (personal training 2x week, cardio every day) and healthy eating (1500 calories/day, focusing on whole grains, fresh veggies/fruits, and lean protein with each meal). My overall goal is to lose 90 lbs, and I’m feeling better already
